TRUSTEE LEADERSHIP NETWORK

Become a Trustee Member for $100 Per Year

Trustees—board members, donors, supporters and engaged community stakeholders—play a crucial role in organizational governance and the future of the not-for-profit theatre field. TCG brings together trustees from the National Council for the American Theatre, Current TCG Member Theatres, and those with theatres considering joining or rejoining TCG as Theatre Members within the Trustee Leadership Network to address the need for trustee education, engagement and action.

In the Trustee Leadership Network, Trustee Members receive all the benefits of Individual Membership with TCG, but they also reimagine board governance to support a just and thriving theatre ecosystem through the Trustee Exchange--a regular, peer-faciliated call series for those committed to the work of transformation.

BENEFITS

Access the Trustee Exchange

Over the past few years, Trustee Leadership Network participants have led and hosted regular trustee virtual conversations, titled the Trustee Exchange, each month. Topics cover a range of governance issues and provide an extraordinary opportunity to share current successes and challenges with fellow theatre trustees. There is a sizable core group of trustees participating in these virtual conversations, and you’ll also want to make sure you are in the mix. These amazing conversations are opening doors to an innovative exchange of ideas and best practices and will become an even greater resource as more trustees continue to participate.
